What should I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"http:\/\/itk.ilstu.edu\/support\/html\/images\/VDI_Troubleshoot.png\" alt=\"Linux desktop error image\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If the Virtual Machine is not responding. Right click on the VM you are having trouble accessing. Then select the reset desktop button. If the issue persists, please submit a ticket&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/itk.ilstu.edu\/support\/ticket.php\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My desktop is too small<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The VM&#8217;s are optimized for 1080p, so if you have a 4k display everything will appear very small.
