About Us

We are a team of IT support professionals dedicated to serving the students and staff of the School of Information Technology.

• Located in Old Union 137 in the SE corner of the 1st floor computer labs.

Services we provide:

• Loaning various types of equipment and infrastructure for educational purposes (Raspberry Pis, Arduinos, Galileos, Lego Robots, etc.)
• Support for all physical computer and server equipment
• Support for all VM (virtual machine) servers, desktops, and VM Pools
• Support for faculty sponsored and class driven IT projects
• Access to Microsoft and VMware software stores at no cost to actively enrolled students
