On PC:

1. If off campus, connect with the Cisco AnyConnect client
   • https://help.illinoisstate.edu/technology/support-topics/network/vpn-at-illinois-state-university/using-the-cisco-anyconnect-vpn-client
2. Open File Explorer, and right click on “This PC”, and select Map Network Drive
3. Select a Drive letter from the Drive: drop-down menu. You are free to choose any drive letter available, I: is the letter assigned when accessing from the Java-Pool
4. In the Folder box, type following network path
   • \\itksrv5.ad.ilstu.edu\IT168\ulid
5. Click on [Connect using a different user name].
6. Enter “ADILSTU\ulid” in this field
   • Enter your ISU password in the Password box
7. Click [OK]
8. Click [Finish]

On Mac:

1. If off campus, connect with the Cisco AnyConnect client
   • https://help.illinoisstate.edu/technology/support-topics/network/vpn-at-illinois-state-university/using-the-cisco-anyconnect-vpn-client
2. Go > Connect to server
3. SMB://itksrv5.ad.ilstu.edu/IT168/ulid
4. When it prompts for a username, put in “ADILSTU\ulid” where ulid is your login ID and then your ISU password
