Printing for Faculty and Staff

The following 3 printers are available for all Faculty and Staff to use:   (and should be automatically installed and available on Windows based computers)

  • IT-OU202-Ricoh – This is the most feature rich printer that is the main office
  • IT-OU202D-Brother7065 – This is a black and white printer in the mailroom
  • IT-OU202D-BrotherL8900-Color – This is the only color printer currently in the department (and should be used sparingly)

How to Manually Install:

In Windows:

  1. Go to the start menu and type “\\castprint.ad.ilstu.edu”
  2. Double click on any of the printers that start with “IT” that you would like to install

In OSX:

  • IT-OU202-Ricoh
    • Install the “RICOH IM C4510” full driver package for your version of OS
    • The IP is 172.20.51.66
    • Note – you must pick “Black and White” as the color mode under printing preferences, as printing in color requires an access code.
  • IT-OU202D-Brother7065
    • Install the “Brother 7065DN” full driver package for your version of OS
    • The IP is 172.20.51.86
  • IT-OU202D-BrotherL8900-Color
    • Install the “Brother MFC-L3770CDW Print Driver” for your version of OS
    • The IP is 172.20.51.67
